- Understanding customer requirement from Drawings and specification or technical Delivery conditions.
- Designing the process map and part models for casting and machining components.
- Simulation of casting in software and designing the methodology.
- Designing tools or patterns based on the casting model and methodological requirement.
- Verification of design and simulation data during trials
- Validation of Casting in terms of the soundness and other requirement of the specification.
- Design and procurement of machining fixtures and all other auxiliary equipment, if required.
- Validation of machining procedure.
- Process planning & Optimization of process for bulk production after competition sample validation.
- Improvement during mass production to increase the efficiency and continuous quality improvement of the product
